waikoloa village

Waikoloa Village is situated above the Waikoloa Beach Resort between the coast road and the mountain road. It has a homeowners association which has approximately 3000 members and owns approximately 8,800 acres of land including an 18-hole golf course on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii. Close proximity to the Waikoloa Beach Resort and Mauna Lani Resort, this community was originally conceived as an area for resort workers to live, and as a golf community.

Real estate options are comprised mostly of residential homes on single family lots, and a variety of multifamily condominium complexes within the Village. Some properties have ocean views.
